Champuli Cafe

Food is a vital part of Choctaw culture. It brings everyone together, restores the body and spirit and helps carry on traditions and stories through time. In the Choctaw language, champuli means “delicious,” and our chef has created a special menu for the café that is sure to live up to that name. Some of the dishes on our menu have been passed down for hundreds of years, while others have a distinctly modern flair. There is truly something for everyone.
