Did you work up an appetite exploring all the Cultural Center has to offer? Maybe you just want to take a break from work and have lunch somewhere different. Either way, you can indulge your cravings and nourish your spirit at Champuli Cafe. In the Choctaw language, “champuli” means “delicious,” and our creative chef has come up with some scrumptious ways to live up to the name. Some of these recipes have been passed down for hundreds of years, while others have a distinctly modern flair. Come sit at our table!
